Stephen Leacock's Sunshine Sketches of a Little Town was published 100 years ago and yet it remains a classic of Canadian comedic literature. 60 years after its first television adaptation (by the CBC in 1950 - the network's first Canadian produced drama), Sunshine Sketches is back this Sunday as CBC TV movie at 8pm. Starring Canadian icons Gordon Pinsent and Jill Hennessy, the Sunshine Sketches movie weaves actual events in Leacock's life into his immortal stories. We had the chance to sit down with the stars and writer of the film, check out what they had to say.
