VIDEO: Stars Come Out For the 2012 Giller Prize

Last night (October 30), the year's most celebrated Canadian literary stars came out for the 2012 Scotiabank Giller Prize - honouring the best in Canadian fiction. On CBC Televsion once again, host Jian Ghomeshi said, "this is the biggest literary event of the year."

Also on hand to help out with the festivities were the five celebrity presenters: Kim Cattrall, representing Nancy Richler's The Imposter Bride; Allan Hawco, representing Russell Wangersky's Whirl Away; Measha Brueggergosman, representing Kim Thúy's Ru; Rosie MacLennan, representing Alix Ohlin's Inside; and Rick Mercer, representing Will Ferguson's 419.
