VIDEO: Daryn Jones Returns to the CBC - See His Photo Shoot!

We are certainly not in shortage of smart, sexy men at the CBC and that makes me happy. Joining their ranks this fall is Daryn Jones, who has left the stewardship of the popular MTV Live to return to CBC as the host of the upcoming competitive reality series Over the Rainbow

Over the Rainbow is a nation-wide search for a Dorothy to star in the upcoming Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber production of The Wizard of Oz at the Ed Mirvish Theatre. Find out how you can audition to be Dorothy (and your little dog, too).

When Daryn announced that he was leaving MTV Live it trended on Twitter and he's since been teasing audiences about his next move.

Not quite, although there's a place that makes a mean burrito in the food court under the CBC Toronto headquarters, which Daryn will once again be calling home.

We got the news earlier this week when we joined him at his first photo shoot for Over the Rainbow. "I'm really excited to be here," he said. "I wrote for Rick Mercer for a couple of seasons and then I went off to do other things. Now I'm back at the CBC... and this show is going to be big, it's going to be fun, it's camp, it's rock, it's tongue in cheek."

Check out more from Daryn's photo shoot in this exclusive first look at his return...
