The fireworks are over. The lawn chairs have been packed up. And the "Oh Canada" extravaganza on Parliament Hill has wrapped for yet another year.
Crowds of Canadians dressed in red and white came out to show their Canuck pride in the nation's capital yesterday, and to witness a musical feast from many of this country's top musicians.
CBC Live was on the scene for a few busy days of sound checks, exciting performances and backstage interviews. We chatted with a who's who of stars like Carly Rae Jepsen, Metric's Emily Haines, Terri Clark, Barenaked Ladies' Ed Robertson, and who could forget the amazing Chris Hadfield?
