Stars, Players React to NHL Lockout Ending

Hockey fans have received the best holiday gift of all, albeit a few weeks - or 113 days - late. After marathon negotiations between the NHL and NHLPA this past weekend, the lockout is over, the hockey season has been saved and Saturday nights will once again be home to Hockey Night in Canada on CBC. In lieu of the exciting news, players, celebrities and fans alike took to Twitter to celebrate as they break out their jerseys (or dust off their suits) and count down the days to the first puck drop.

Take a look at what they had to say when the news broke early Sunday (Jan. 6) morning, starting off with none other than someone we've missed from HNIC (who will now officially be entering their 60th season):

We can't wait for the players to finally hit the ice and to see what HNIC's 60th season brings.
