Paul Brandt, George Canyon, Johnny Reid and Eric Church Join CCMA Awards Line-Up

CBC and the Canadian Country Music Association have today (June 12) announced even more performers for the CCMA Awards. On September 9, in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, some of the best talents in country music will hit the stage, like Miranda Lambert, Pistol Annies, Deric Ruttan and Dean Brody.

Now, you can add the following names to the already stellar line-up:

Paul Brandt

He's one of the most awarded names in Canadian Country Music, and since founding his own record label every one of his albums has been awarded the Album of the Year prize. Will Give it Away continue the feat? Either way, Brandt will be performing at the CCMA Awards.

George Canyon

One of the most recognisable faces in Canadian country music, the nine-time CCMA Award winner George Canyon will return to the Saskatoon stage in September on CBC.

Johnny Reid

He's no stranger to the CCMA Awards, having already won an amazing fifteen awards. Sure to be in the running for even more with his latest record, Fire It Up, long time friend of the CBC Reid will perform at the CCMAs once more.

Eric Church

Certified Gold in the USA, Eric Church's latest record, Chief, took the top spot on the Billboard 200 and rode high in the charts here in Canada. He'll be making his first performance at the CCMA Awards, and we can't wait to have him on CBC.
