When Kate Middleton emerged from London's St. Mary's Hospital Tuesday afternoon, royal babe in arms, most gawkers spied the polka-dots on her breezy blue Jenny Packham shift and were reminded of another happy moment in history. Prince William's mother, Diana, also wore polka dots for his public debut.
