CBC Radio 3 to Broadcast Polaris Music Prize Gala Live

Tonight is the night for a celebration of creative and diverse Canadian recorded music at the Polaris Music Prize Gala. In just a short while, one album will be awarded the 2012 Polaris Music Prize, as determined by a grand jury comprised of music broadcasters, journalists and bloggers (you know, those in the biz).

Vying for the prestigious award are shortlisted albums:

Slated to co-host the night's event is CBC Radio's Grant Lawrence, and bringing it to you live on CBC Radio 3 is the one and only Craig Norris.
