With her big bling, big blue eye shadow and big questions, I think Mary Walsh's This Hour Has 22 Minutes character is the perfect Canadian heroine to pay tribute to at this year's Halloweenfêtes.
While you won't be able to re-create her custom made outfit exactly, unless you're really crafty, it's easy to knock off with a visit to a costume shop, an inexpensive accessories store, a Shopper's Drugmart and some friends' closets.
Just don't go trick-or-treating at you know who's house... he spooks real easy.

- Warrior princess costume, available off-the-rack at costume shops. - Red wig, styled into a bun or a chignon, available at costume and wig shops. - Microphone, available at Toys R Us and costume shops. - 1980s eyeglasses, available on eBay and at thrift shops. - Sword, available at costume shops, Value Village and toy stores. - Makeup: Blue-green eyeshadow, pink blush and red lipstick, any brand, available at Shopper's Drug Mart, Sephora, etc. - Costume jewelry: Gold chain necklace(s), earrings, rings and bracelets available at Forever 21 or thrift shops. - Knee high boots, available at Aldo and assorted retailers.
