What's that? It's Valentine's Day? Oh, thank you for reminding us.
That's our tongue placed firmly in cheek, just like Canada Writes'. Today, they're asking for your best breakup tweet to vent that pent up Valentine's Day frustration.
Today only, CBC's Canada Writes (offering all kinds of writers a place to have their work read) is issuing a 12-hour writing challenge: the Valentine's Day "Breakup Tweet" Challenge...
Entries will be accepted from 10am to 10pm ET. Simply compose a breakup tweet using the hashtag #canadawrites. They can be in any style you want, from funny to heartbreaking, as long as they grab the attention of Canada Writes' judge, the Globe & Mail's "Tart" columnist, Tabatha Southey.
The winner will receive an iPad2!
