Do you remember last year's Culture Days? It was a huge success, and this year the CBC is getting even more involved with our country's love of the arts and with Culture Days - the largest ever collective public participation campaign undertaken by the arts and cultural community in Canada.
The CBC is turning 75 years old, and this is a great opportunity to celebrate the art of broadcasting in its many forms and in a variety of ways. CBC will be holding open houses on October 1, throughout the country, from coast to coast to coast.
This year is going to be even bigger, and even better. Here at CBC Live we're getting involved, and we'll be out in Vancouver on September 30 with some of your favourite CBC personalities... watch this space for more info!
Check out these photos from the awesome day had at Yonge-Dundas Square in Toronto last year, where you were able to meet Steven and Chris, the cast of Being Erica, the stars of CBC Radio and many more... Sloan, City and Colour and Bedouin Soundclash all performed and it was hosted by Jian Ghomeshi and George Stroumboulopoulos.
