The new review of a tunnel between Labrador and Newfoundland has the premier suggesting he's open to a partnership with Quebec and that a public-private partnership could possibly finance it. What's a province to do? Is a tunnel needed or necessary?

The plastics we use lingers, on land and sea, longer after we're done with it. Raising awareness of plastic's environmental impacts and reducing our dependency on it, is the goal of a local wildlife biologist. What are you doing to reduce your use of plastics?
