Kick  some life back your fitness routine with our fat-burning, boot camp-style class - and don't say you don't have time for it! In just 15 minutes, we'll take you through easy-to-follow (we promise), strengthening and cardio exercises that work muscle groups across your whole body and will leaving you feeling the burn in the best way possible! All you need is one set each of 5 and 10 pound dumbbells, a resistance band and a small space to move around in. Don't have any of those on hand? Don't fret! This sweat sesh will get your heart racing with or without the weights.
