Yesterday's show was our salute to mothers with performances from Canadian celebrated artists Deb McGrath and Barry Kennedy. If you missed the broadcast you can download the podcast

We decided to play some Bill Cosby on this show - not only for his wonderful insight into motherhood - but parenthood in general. Of course, this piece was originally recorded in 1968 - it's a bit dated as I'm sure the image of "father" has changed over the last 40 some odd years! As a mother myself however, I can attest to the fact that I too would cry over a piece of wood if one of my children gave it to me!
The last bit of comedy was from one of our featured Laugh of the Day items with humourist Deborah Kimmett. You can hear more audio from Deborah in our Full Comedy Sets section
on this site.
Thanks for listening!
