Nova Scotia folk art is often called primitive or naïve. It's certainly colourful, whimsical and popular. For art collectors around the world, this "art of the people" is one of the things that makes Nova Scotia famous.
Come meet some of the artists - Barry Colpitts, Bradford Naugler, Jeff Halliday, Calvin "Woodie" Woodworth. They are an interesting bunch of people....as quirky as the art itself. You'll also meet the gallery owners and dealers who helped put Nova Scotia folk art on the map. The whole show is a visual feast for the eyes.
