For more than a century and a half, scientists from around the world have traveled to the shores of the Bay of Fundy to study the world-famous fossil cliffs at Joggins, Nova Scotia. This past summer, the cliffs were declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a new multi-million dollar interpretive center opened to serve as a permanent home for the fossils.

The cliffs at Joggins have given scientists volumes of evidence of life on earth 300 million years ago. We meet two young scientists who are taking on the role of protecting and studying the cliffs. Meet the new guardians of the Joggins fossil cliffs on Land and Sea.
