Designated driving debacle - Josephine Gaulton-Rowe
It seemed like simple, good deed,
but a Labrador City man’s night as a designated driver has turned into quite a mess.
Two weekends ago, Nick Blake posted on Facebook, offering to be a drive to anyone who called him.
He says he made 200 dollars in tips… even though he didn’t ask for money.
A few days later, Blake says he got a call from a town official who told him what he was doing is illegal. Amanda Dean is with the Insurance Bureau of Canada. We have aportion of her comments and, Josephine Gaulton-Rowe is president of the Mothers Against Drunk Driving in Labrador West. She speaks with Labrador Morning’s Bailey White.
