Bell Aliant responds to customer frustration in Labrador

People who have internet in their homes or businesses in Labrador are frustrated with the service. They say it’s slow, and offline too much. Meanwhile, in a press release, the Town of Happy Valley-Goose Bay describes the service as “inadequate” for a growing community, and calls on Bell to improve it. Isabelle Robinson is with Bell Aliant. She spoke with CBC reporter Matt McCann.
