Ottawa testing a prototype 'stealth' snowmobile in the Arctic

The Department of National Defence spent $620,000 developing a “stealth” snowmobile that it’s been testing in the Arctic. With an electric motor, it’s far quieter than a regular snow machine. It’s won numerous awards - and his former students are now working on the government’s prototype. He spoke with the CBC’s Jay Legere.
