A busy meeting place gets ready to re-open
The Tim Horton’s in Happy Valley-Goose Bay building has been closed for renovations, and anyone looking for their fix has been served from a trailer parked beside the store. With only 700 square feet to work with, it’s a tight squeeze for everyone. Now the building is reopening, giving drivers more space to park, employees more room to maneuver, and the Saturday morning regulars a place to go. CBC reporter Matt McCann spent some time on the site to see how the scaled down operation works.
