Labrador is losing its school board - Retired teacher, Paula Dawe

Paula Dawe.jpg Paula Dawe The Labrador District School Board will soon be no more. Finance Minister Jerome Kennedy made that announcement yesterday in the provincial budget.
There will now be two school boards serving the province from St. John’s, instead of five boards based in the various regions .
One board will be English, the other, French.
Paula Dawe is a retired primary school teacher in Happy Valley-Goose Bay.
