Rompkey vs Penashue?

On Tuesday, in the House of Commons, Prime Minister Stephen Harper rose in defence of former MP Peter Penashue. Penashue, of course, resigned last week after the revelation that Elections Canada found he accepted 28 illegal campaign contributions. Penashue does plan to run again in the by-election, and that’s drawing scathing criticism from the opposition, but in his defence, the Prime Minister told the country on tuesday that Penashue is the best MP Labrador has ever had. So, what does 7-time former MP and Senator, Bill Rompkey, feel about falling behind the rookie. Here he is with the CBC’s Leigh Anne Power.
