After your initial year of School, there is a long period of apprenticeship over a number of years. Part of that means leaving your job, and in some cases, leaving your home and family for months at a time for additional training. But It’s also difficult for employers who lose their workers for months at a time. But now, a pilot program underway in the province has found a way to make life easier for all involved.
