A Plane load of toys for Labrador

rcmp toys 1.png rcmp toys 2.pngOn Friday a large military transport touched down in Happy Valley Goose Bay with a huge load of toys. These will be distributed to children all over Labrador. Every year the Roland Shears Christmas Hamper committee takes care of getting the toys for the children, but this year a regular contributor, the salvation army had a lot of it’s toys stolen and they couldnt help . Thats where the RCMP came in, Corporal Rick Mills is with the RCMP in Happy Vallet Goose Bay . He explained their role in this to CBC’s Peter Cowan.
