Women's Shelter Still in Need, but Breaking Ground Today in Happy Valley-Goose Bay
There’s a groundbreaking ceremony later this morning. A sod or sand turning will take place at the location of the new women’s shelter in Happy Valley Goose Bay. The executive director of the shelter is Janet O’Donnell. She joins us in our studio.
