Large Scale Military Exercise in Cartwright

This week, people in Cartwright are getting up close and personal with the Canadian military. More than 100 soldiers with the navy, airforce and army have descended on the community for an exercise. The scenario: to make environmental activists leave an area in order to install a radar site. Labrador Morning’s John Gaudi travelled to Cartwright yesterday to learn more about the exercise and hear what people think of them being in town.
