CBC Shutting Down Analogue TV Services

CBC goes all digital.jpgThe end of an era is just around the corner. Tomorrow, the CBC is shutting down all of its analogue over-the-air television transmitters. Most people won’t be affected by the change if they receive the digital signal via cable, satellite or a digital converter. But in some parts of this province, the change means that some communities may lose local CBC TV programming, at least for several months. Steven Guiton is CBC’s Vice-president and Chief Regulatory Officer. He speaks with Tony Dawson.
