Manitoban City Councillor Speaks To Common Northern Challenges

Many northern communities share things in common when it comes economic challenges. And towns in Labrador and Manitoba are no different. This week, a group of more than 30 women have been meeting in Labrador to talk about issues affecting northern towns. Charlene Lafreniere sits on city council in Thompson, Manitoba. John Gaudi spoke with her about what The Big Land and her community share in common.
