Land-use plan for Nunatsiavut

The Nunatsiavut government has approved a land-use plan that’s taken years to hammer out. The agreement is going before the Nunatsiavut Assembly this fall. It outlines what areas are open to development. The plan also maps out protected land for traditional uses like hunting and fishing. Sarah Leo is the President of Nunatsiavut.
