Still no ships to the Labrador Coast

charlotte woolfrey.PNG Charlotte Wolfrey is the AngajukKak in Rigolet It’s mid June and there’s still no sign of a ferry heading to the North Coast of Labrador. People living in these communities depend on the ferry service to get their goods and groceries and of course for travel. Rigolet is one of the communities waiting on the Northern Ranger, that as of now, is still docked in St. John’s. Charlotte Wolfrey is the AngajukKak in Rigolet. She joins Tony Dawson by telephone
