Searchers find Burton Winters Snowmobile There are still a lot of frost bitten faces around Makkovik, weeks after the search for Burton Winters. Dozens of people in the community spent countless hours on snowmobile and on foot, looking for any sign of the 14 year old. And despite all the media attention to this story, they’ve mostly avoided the spotlight. This morning one of the searchers has agreed to tell us his story. And it turns out Makkovik’s Perry Dyson went through his own ordeal trying to find the missing boy. Colleen Connors reached him at home.
