Upping "Blue Zone" Fines

handicapped-parking.pngThe provincial government is clamping down on people who park illegally in areas designated for the disabled. And they are making sure the areas are better marked. The changes take place in April of this year. It’s welcome news for those people who need the blue zones. Kathy Bonner Harris lives in Labrador City. Her daughter uses a wheelchair. She met reporter Mike Power at a blue zone at a shopping mall in Labrador City.
