New Senator to replace Bill Rompkey - Not from Labrador

Bill Rompkey For the last 16 years, Labrador has been well represented in Canada’s senate. Bill Rompkey championed local issues in the upper chamber, until his retirement last year. On Friday the Conservative government appointed a non-Labradorian, Norman Doyle. Doyle lives in St. John’s. And some are not happy with the move.
