Voice of Dissent for Sewage Treatment Budget

On Friday, the town council in Happy Valley-Goose Bay voted to go ahead with a sewage treatment plant even though it’s already over budget. As it stands right now, the town will have to fork out about 7.5 million dollars for the project. That’s about 2.5 more than originally planned. But not everyone voted in favour of going ahead with it. Bill Mackey is a town councillor, he joins us live in our studio.
