Housing crunch in Labrador West

A big move and a new job…things were looking up for the Janes family from Springdale. Dean Janes recently got a new job with the Iron Ore Company of Canada and moved his family of 6 to Labrador West. The problem is, they haven’t been able to find an affordable place to live. I-O-C has provided them with a 2-bedroom apartment until they can find something else. But with 4 children all under 8, Dean Janes says they need a house in a bad way. Reporter Mike Power met him at his apartment and got a tour. and Tony Dawson has Mayor Janice Barnes on telephone.
