Gilbert Bennett The Lower Churchill Environmental Assessment Panel is putting together their recommendations. But one of the presenters from the public hearings say their recommendations will be window dressing. Kirk Lethbridge told us earlier this week that he feels the deal is already sealed, with work already being done on the project and the Innu voting yes to the New Dawn Agreement. He also fears the recommendations will be bias, favouring the government who established the panel. Gilbert Bennett is the Vice President of the Lower Churchill Project with Nalcor Energy.
