How to treat common aches and pains - Richelle Paine

The days are longer and its getting warmer out there. That means more biking, running, soccer and even tossing around the frisbee on warm nights. With summer sports comes twisted ankles, shin splints and sore wrists… And two physiotherapists in Happy Valley Goose Bay want to help you diagnose and treat those minor aches and pains that come from over exerting yourself when playing sports or just working too hard. Colleen spoke with physiotherapist Richelle Paine who’s hosting an information session tonight at the O’Brien centre
