Jocelyn Greene We’ve heard a lot of discussion lately about Newman’s Boarding house in Happy Valley Goose Bay. The apartment building usually houses people who have little income, with addictions, mental health problems, or have been released from incarceration. The tenants and neighbours are complaining that the place is run down and lacking basic services. It’s a familiar story in many places where the poorest of society have nowhere else to go….
