There’s a lot of excitement and buzz around some artifacts found in Labrador. Amelia Fay is a PhD candidate at memorial university, and has an excavation site on Black Island near Nain. She’s uncovering the home of an 18th Century Inuit woman, named Mikak. Several household and hunting tools you might expect to find, were uneartherd. But there are other artifacts that have her — and experts all over North America, puzzled…To find out more, our Tara McLean reached Amelia Fey in St. John’s.
