All healthy foods give you energy and keep your body strong. But here are some foods with special brain powers!

Blueberries

Blueberries help with your memory. A British study found that eating a cup of blueberries a day for a few months helped people remember things.  

Avocados

Avocados have a lot of unsaturated fats. These are good fats that your brain and body can easily use. These fats protect cells in your brain and keep your brain strong.

Salmon

Eating salmon can boost your brain. Salmon has a lot of Omega-3 fatty acids. These acids help your brain to stay sharp. Salmon is also good for your heart.

Beets

This root vegetable is full of Vitamin B. This vitamin helps you process information and sort through your memories. If you’re having a bad day, beets can also improve your mood.

These delicious nuts have a similar effect to blueberries. Eating walnuts can help improve your memory and help you remember things. Eat some with yogurt or in your cereal.

Dark Chocolate

Eating dark chocolate helps get blood flowing to your brain. This makes your brain work better. Chocolate is also an energy booster when you’re feeling tired.
