Hey every body. I’m back with another review! but this time its about books instead. But this is about my favourite book The Lightning Thief by Rick Riordan. This is such an awesome book because its got lots of greek mythology in it and the main character Percy Jackson Is THE SON OF POESIDEN (sorry if I spelt his name wrong :) ).
Anyway so he’s a kid with dyslexia and every other normal middle school wont accept him so he goes to a different school. And at that school he has his best friend Grover Underwood (one of my fav charicters) who is actually a satyr in the book and theres a bully called Nancy Bobofit and the evil math teacher mrs Dodds who hates percy and so in the first chapter Mrs. DOdds calles PErcy into the museum on there field trip and turns into a harpy so Percy's Latin teacher (I can't remember his name.) who's chiron throws Percy a sword.
Any way you will absolutly LOVE the book if you read it. It is an AWSOME BOOK and there are 5 books out of the whole series. There's

Book 2:The Sea Of Monsters
Book 3:The Titans Curse
Book 4:The Battle Of The Labrynth
Book 5:The Last Olympian (Coming May 2009)
I can't wait till I get all 5 books it'll be so AWSOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well thats my review on The Lightning Thief and I'll try and have another one on the sea of monsters soon. Bye for now.

Percy Jackson and the Olympians are my favorite books, EVER! If you haven't read them yet,you are missing out on A LOT of laughing fits.
I've read all of them, and I have yet to be disappointed. If you ask me, these books are meant for all ages! If you have even the lightest interest in greek mythology, you'll love these books!
If you think that Greek Mythology is the most boring thing you've ever heard of (which is a shame), then these books will change your mind.
Very quickly.
So buy the books, read the books, love the books, and laugh your head off.

I HAVE EVERY BOOK EXCEPT FOR THE 5TH ONE...ME AND MY FRIENDS HAD A CONTEST TO SEE WHO COULD READ THEM THE FASTEST...

yeah well the Olympians are Awesome!
I like how Percy is humorous and serious at the same time. I couldn't stop reading and was very forlorn when the book ended because i wantes to read more.

The lighting thief is one of the best books I ever read .once my English teacher suggested it to me I began to read the book is so unpredictable. The writer makes you feel like your Percy Jackson and the way that the writer explains how Percy is thinking is AWSOME. The way that the writer described the monster was so realistic. Cant wait to read the next one
