Earth has been destroyed and covered with garbage by human kind, and the only life left is Wall-E, a robot, and his pet cochroach.
One day, while Wall-E was collecting garbage for his collection, and squishing litter into shapes, a spaceship lands on earth. A robot called Eve pops out, and is searching for means of life. But not a robot.
Wall-E thinks that Eve is the best thing ever, and he tries to follow her around, but Eve just wants him to bug off. Eventually, Eve starts to like Wall-E.
While Wall-E was searching for goodies for his collection, he finds a plant. Eve comes, scans the plant and grabs it. Immediately, she starts off for the giant spaceship in the sky, where all the humans live because their Earth is destroyed.
Wall-E decides to follow Eve and grabs on to her rocket as it launches off.
The Captain of the spaceship that holds all the humans learns that Earth is (or was) really beautiful and he decides to go back, after Eve brought him the plant back. But does he really want to go back?

I can't decide if I wanna see this movie or not... It sounds like it could be really deep and thoughtful.
I like animated movies with some dark to them... can anyone tell me if this movie is really 'cutesy' or is it worthwhile to a teenager to watch?...

Well, I saw it finally! And I don't understand why all the critics were calling it so "deep and somewhat depressing". It was just an ordinary Pixar movie, no deeper than "Finding Nemo". :/ Wasn't too impressed, story wise. Of course, the animation was INCREDIBLE.

It's actually pretty deep and interesting at the same time cute and funny. Probably the best animated film of the year!
