This game is really good! you start out using either torchic, the fire type, mudkip, the water type, or treecko, the grass type. then you beat 8 gyms, then you battle the elite four who are really strong. then you beat the game.
there is also a lot more features such as contests where you show off your pokemon, catching legendary pokemon which are really, really strong. you can also trade with other people. you can trade with leafgreen, firered, ruby, sapphire, and emerald. that is the only way to get them all. one other thing, your pokemon evolve when they get to a certain level, use a special stone, trade them, or becoming friends with them. this game is great for all pokemon fans. i play this game almost everyday. you should really get this game. thank you for reading my review about pokemon emerald

hi i got the game and it is fun i got regice, regirock and registeel and groundon, kyoger and racuaza i started off with a mudkip and it is level 100 and i traded with my friend and he has a swampert and i put them in the day care and had eggs but they were all boys and i traded it back so i got 183 pokemon so i got a good file and i really really love this game and i am undefeatable.
