I am talking about Hybrid Cars. First, the Pros.
Pros: Hybrid Cars are usually very aerodynamically designed and have very small engines, causing them to be economical with the gasoline. They also have an electric motor. Thats why their hybrids, hybrid means "mix of two things", in this case, electric and gasoline engine mix. The gasoline engine turns on when the speed of the car is slow, or when there are lots of stops like traffic lights. Well its economical. Hybrids are also pretty cool and high-tech. You press a button and it starts! Pretty sweet huh? Yeah.
Cons: Very expensive. A Hybrid costs almost double the price of another gasoline car in its class. Hybrids are also quite nerdy. Yes, its true. The shape of them is uninspired and sometimes ugly...hey, if a Corvette was available as a Hybrid then Hybrids wouldn’tt be so nerdy. But most Hybrids have ugly and weird designs...Japan makes most Hybrids and lots of Japanese cars are ugly. Also, a Hybrid's engine is incredibly weak. I mean seriously. 94 horsepower? Wanna go on vacation with a Hybrid? You can't. It can't tow anything, no luggage nothing. Its weak. There's more cons, but here is a big one. Bad general engine performance. 0-60 mph (0-94 kph) in about 8-10 seconds? No way. Well Hybrid's save the environment, but I say, I rather ride a bike then drive a Hybrid.

OKay, but they should make Hybrids MUCH cheaper and give them a normal car design! Not an ugly one!

I think Hybrid vehicles will be one of the most respected automoblies in the world, once everyone understands how important they are to our environment.
I hope they design cars run by H2O!!!!!

Allison, Hyrbid's don't have such bad designs, but some are ugly. Also, they look weird and different and have wierd paint job colours. Also, Jazzy, h2o car? Honestly? I mean sure it's not too hard but then we'll waste water and the engine might get messed up because water, electricity and metal DO NOT MIX. They should make better looking, faster, more powerful hybrids then they will become more popular and better in general.
