Hiiii!!! It's Alli Kat again, of Dark Bud Productions! Today my review is on... animating! Personally, I think animating is so awsome! It really allows me to express myself. It combines so many creative things, like drawing, writing and directing. On top of that, you get a chance to learn how to use filmmaking programs. I plan to continue animating forever! But, if you're going to animate, you need to be prepared to devote a lot of time to it to get good quality work. (4-10 hours per 2 minute clip) I'd say that the hardest types of animations to do would be live action and animation combos. (Cattail Avenue, for example.) You have to green screen everything that way. Probably the most annoying thing to do is... a tie between head-turnings and running cycles. It's so hard on both to match them up with the previous frame... But I won't get into that... I also think that there should be more animators on The Outlet, too. Animating (I think) is one of the most worthy past times a person could have.

don't you have to have special supplies to do animating, like an editor and stuff?
I can't wait to do claymation inart next year!

I imagine that Animating is quite difficult and time consuming. Anyone who can do it is totally talented!!

Animating is Easy. The only thing anyone needs to be successful at it is a fundemantary skill at drawing and a lot of spare time. It's amusing, and though it requires a lot of patience and hardwork, it is rewarding.

Animating WELL isn't so easy. I've tiried. I love Alli Kat's videos because she draws great and her faces are so full of feeling. I also like Rodlands but his is more basic animation like Chilly Beach or something. Its good just a different style. Anyone who can do it ROX!

Nikian, Kimberly's right. It ISN'T easy. This new animation that I just sent into The Outlet took 2 months and I almost gave up!
