My review is on a book called Snow treasure. Snow treasure is about a town name riswyk in norway. Where children must sled down a mountain 10 miles tall ot deliver gold to a boat so the nazis from world war 2 cannot steal their gold. In this story there are turning points and shocking areas. I can't tell you if the children actually finish their mission or not. But an intresting part was when the entire town had to go dark at night because they didn't want their town bombed. The main character: Peter had his father fight in the war in the capital of norway his father died. Peter and his friends needed to help peter's uncle victor deliver the gold of the small town of riswyk. Infact the amount of money they had with those gold blocks was 66 million dollars. Imagine yourself carrying gold down a 10 mile hill to a boat without nazi soldiers armed with guns pulling you over and possibly killing you. These children were about the age of 12 so this was a lot of pressure how would you feel doing all of this? In conclusion this book has twists and turns and is the perfect book for anyone who likes adventure books. P.S. Evedince shows that this really happened.

I remember when I was in Grade. 6 (7yrs ago) and my teacher read this book to us during our reading hour.
I haven't read it since, but I do remember the book very well. It was a very heartwarming and endearing story about the kids who had the strength and determination to get involved in something so dangerous.
It made me appreciate, then and now, how great and remarkable the human race is to be able to reach down inside of themselves and accomplish the impossible.
