Legend of Zelda:

Today I am here to give you a review of a game apart of the Legend of Zelda series (also the current and newest game of the series), The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess.
Once again in the LOZ series, the story has changed. Link is in a small village, no longer in Hyrule, but will later venture off to Hyrule.
Link is just doing some simple stuff through out the beginning, until for some mysterious reason, some goblins riding boars go in take the mayor's daughter and a friend of yours! You than must venture off past your small village and off into the mysterious lands behind the gate!
But let's get to the review rather than me spoiling the whole game ;D. TP marks the first game to give a much more realistic look. Link still doesn't talk, though the whole game looks very realistic and lots of eye candy!
There is also new technique system for fighting, using items and so on. No longer presing buttons (well maybe sometimes), you must swing the Wii Remote and Nunchuck to attack! To aim with a bow or a slingshot, hold the B button on the Wii Remote like your pulling it back, aim with the Remote and let go of the B button and let it soar! Though, the system has not changed for the Gamecube version, with it being just as you think it is. It is still worth it to play on the Gamecube version, but if you want a more interactivity, better graphics (they look similar between the versions, but the Wii version looks better in my opinion) and a funner experience, choose the Wii version (if you have a Wii).
Also in some areas of the game, you must go through the evil dark world, the Twilight Realm (sounds kind of like a reference to "The Twilight Zone") because the place has been tooken over by it , which everything looks dark, gloomy and also has some sweet looking graphics! Though there is a twist..... to revert the area back to the normal, you must gather some tears requested by a light god and there is another twist....... your a wolf. Yes. A wolf. Whenever you are in the Twilight Realm, you are a wolf and to revert yourself back to good ol' Link, you have to collect those tears. The technique system is still the same as it is when your regular Link, though there are some different attacks as a wolf. It's pretty cool being a wolf, but maybe it is somehow difficult.
Overall, the game is amazing. Great graphics, fun technique system, vast world, loads of stuff and also will take you sometime to finish (if you play non-stop and love riding you horse!). This will keep you occupied until the next LoZ game comes out, Phantom Hourglass for the Nintendo DS.
I give The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess for the Nintendo Wii, a 5 out of 5.
Comments
I liked zekda alot, but I prefer the original games. (Probably because I can't get used to using the Wi remote!) Also, I thought the game could have been bigger (I finished in a week). But despite that, I felt it was well worth my time and money, despite what critics say. I love playing as a wolf, too! I love all games concerning fantasy and magic, so I guess that's why I enjoyed it. You're right, playing the wolf is somehow difficult.
See ya later!

I like twilight princess, but ocarina of time is way better. the controls in twilight are really hard and there isnt enough side guests. in ocarina there is lots of free play and its great for when it came out

I’ve always been a fan of Zelda growing up and when I seen they came out with Twilight Princess I had to get it. This game did last me a rather long time playing it on and off. The thing I didn’t like was once you finished the game there wasn’t really anything else to do, so it mostly went back in its case and just sat there ever since. I must say it did give me some good entertainment while it lasted.
