This science fiction book is about a teleportation phenomena that looks like a blue beam of light which transports people into the future. I thought this book was good because the ideas were plausible and the main characters were believable.

I just finished this book today (Monday, November 17, 2008). It was a wonderful story, this book was my favorite of all time. Everything was so realistic. But unreal. It was a adventure but a romance all at the same time. There were 3 part's in the book and made it more entertaining. There were surprises and overwhelming part's, but that made it all the better. There was friendliness, love, realness, survival, hunger, fear, happiness, and hope. This all make's for a wonderful and heartfelt story.
