I recently watched the film " Open Season" starring Ashton Kutcher as Elloit the deer and Martin Lawrence as Boog the grizzly bear. Throughout the entire movie I didn't laugh a single time!!! Not even a giggle!!!!! When the movie was done, I sighed a sigh of relief and wondered why I had wasted 2 hours of my life on this movie!!!!!! Also, I also questionned why they named Martin Lawrence's character Boog. I mean, what is Boog short for Booger or something!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Overall, I didn't like this movie at ALL but, it isn't the worst movie i've seen either. I think children between the ages of 4 and 7 would enjoy this movie more then there older counterparts.

Our Grade Five class feels that this is a
funny movie. A porcupine named Buddy that only says "buddy" is a funny concept. The way that Boog falls into the Beaver dam and goes down a waterfall is funny. When Elliot says "I'm half doe and half buck, I'm a duck!" is funny! It is also funny when McSqizzy threw acorns at Boog. When Boog pretended to drop Elliot and caught him again, Elliot continued screaming, we laughed. We really enjoyed this movie.

This movie isen't that funny. I know i didn't like it . So this movie is for little kids. I'm with Michelle exept i'd give it 1 out of 5.

i personally thought the movie was hilaririus, maybe being from idaho (where it was set) and being raised in the backwoods had somthing to do with it, open season is now my new favorite movie

i laughed once in this movie . i really wish cartoons could be base on comedy ot friends and caring ,i mean thats important but ... its a cartoon

Furthermore, wouldn't "Boog" have eaten most of those characters in the forest???(McSqizzy, Elliot etc.)

I laughed once, but that was over one of the lines that was so bad and you could see the writers put so little effort into it that it was funnt. I can't remember what it is though.
