Gerard is hott!!!! And so is Mikey and Frank. MCR is the best band ever and you're just too jealous of their musical abilities to admit it. Also I find this review very offensive. There has never been a better band in all the world.

My Chemical Romance is a pathetic excuse, even for a emo band. They can't sing, the drums are boring and the guitar parts are generic to the point of mind numbing boredom. My Chemical Romance should be banned from all CD stores because they will make you INTERNALLY BLEED! If you want a real band, pick up a ACDC CD next time your out, or a Stevie Ray Vaughan. Don't waste your time listening to music that will only leave you crippled mentally, physically and emotionally.

What? My Chemical Romance is one of the best bands out there. Instead of relying on musical naive songs and pop beats, they tell a story. I love Teenagers and Welcome to the Black Parade. Cancer is a really sad song though, especially for anyone who can relate.

I don't have an opinion either way about My Chemical Romance; Okay, that is a small over sight. Some of their songs are good, and some aren't.

What I really have an opinion on is how funny this review has turned out to be. Why is it the people who are against MCR are better written, and in English then the ones that aren't? Perhaps that says something in itself, hmm?

Either way, MCR is just a band that has shot to increasingly popular heights so it is bound to happen that they will sell out and soon. So does it really matter who likes it, and who doesn't? Yes, sadly it does, that's why they sell albums.

Both side shouldn't waste their breath--or keystrokes-- in a battle that wont ever end. If you like the band, you don't need to defend your reasons for liking them. If you don't like the band, it's wasteful to waste your time making fun of them.

I UNDERSTAND THAT THEY MAY BE A LITTLE DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND OR LIKE AT FIRST, BUT ONCE YOU SIT DOWN AND LISTEN TO THEM THEY DEFFINATELY GET A HOLD OF YOU AND YOU WANT MORE. THEY ARE LIKE THE NEW GENERATION OF "QUEEN" WHICH OF COURSE WAS ONE OF THE GREATEST BANDS OF OUR TIMES!!!!!

MCR is just anougher over-marketed MTV friendly "rock" band that apeals to the Emos and Scene kids because "omg i kan totaly relate to thur lyrics."

The facts is they are nothing spectacular. They don't stand out, they don't bring anything new to an already swamped genre of mediocrity and only get the attention and fame that they do because of the amount of publicity they get; and therefore, are bound to be noticed by more people who don't know what they like or what they want because bands like this are shoved down their throats. They see the other totally hip scene kid liking MCR, so they jump on the band wagon. Just because they're beloved and sell records like hot-cakes does NOT mean they're good.

You want a good rock band? Check out "Black Stone Cherry"; one of the most unique sounding rock bands I've ever heard. Very old school and intriguing lyrical content with insturmentals that reminds me of Death Metal; but isn't. They're a band that is GOOD but don't get nearly enough attention.

who doesn't like My Chem??? listen to the words people!!! they have meanings. sure there's things about scuicide and depression and stuff, but all those words, every one, has a meaning. and Dempsey here doesn't know anything!!! scene and emo are the exact same thing!!! it's just some emo's prefer scene to emo cuz' it's more respectful and stuff. mcr is unique and addicting. you'd be suprised to get the ratio of how many people love them, to the people who hate their guts. i bet the number of people who love them, is higher than the people who hate them. listen to the actual music part and mixx it with the words and you get this awsome feeling, try it!!!

I for one think My Chem are incredible and I love them more than anything; but people who are like "OmGZ GeRaRD IS hawT!!!1!1!" do annoy me. to me, their music is amazing, but thats just my opinion, and everyone has different music tastes.

I don't like MCR. Their songs are heartfelt, I'm sure, but they're not particularly talented in my opinion.

Personally, My Chemical Romance are my favourite band. Their lyrics are AMAZING and I can refer to them quite strongly. I don't see why everyone has to make such a big deal out of hating them because they're different. However, everyone's entitled to their own opinions and stuff, but you shouldn't go around hating people just because they like MCR. Also for the fans of MCR, if you can't take the abuse MCR get then don't come on forums like this. I think they get too much abuse.

Oh and for the people who say stuff like "I have one of their albums I'm their biggest fan!" That is ridiculous. In fact, there is no such thing as a "number one fan" but still, claiming your a number one fan and not even owning all their albums is a tad ridiculous.

Wow, if you're going to write an extensive paragraph on a band, write something positive for a change. Will you quit saying how "emo is worthless trash"? And this band isn't even emo, for that matter. They are a "post-hardcore alternative" band whom write meaningful lyrics and have the ability to relate to hard situations and care about their fans. It's really quite immature how you guys make such a huge deal about hating one band. If you hate My Chemical Romance is emo, why do you bother yourself over them and dedicate your whole life to hating a band.

The Way brothers and Ray, Frank and Bob are great role models. Seriously, I'm not questioning your opinion on them and/or your opinion on their music.

Steriotyping is wrong and is not really needed in this world. "Emo" is just one of your excuses to make people feel bad. They call me "pitiful poser emo trash" because I'm often depressed. They are LEGENDARY.. there i said it, any band that can take modern music over so fans still love them 3 years later is crazy, look at the sad excuses we have for singers now , SOULJA BOY, katy perry, lady gaga... like seriously, gerard,mikey,ray,frank and bob make 1 awesome band that i have listened to since 2004,, and i will continue to listen to there music so dont diss them, im not an emo, i actually dislike emo, but mcr is more of the scene, gerard often stops in shows and tells the emos watching or standing outside the croud that its not a great idea to harm yourself, so they stop, well ok im out, just dont diss MCR, there in my opinion the best band EVER but people are constantly looking at welcome to the black parade and calling them emo fuzz.. so please just dont

I personally don't hate the band......but i don't really like them either. I was listening to their music when i was a little bit younger than i am now and they put me in a total depression no offence to any fans reading this. Personally, i think they tend to over dramatize what they do. Don't get me wrong, If you like them, yeah, that's totally fine. It's just your taste in music, but i think Gerard needs to work on his vocals. Sing, don't wail deperately into a microphone.
